This is what I would call a full-service agent. She provided accurate and reliable advice to assist in decisions along the way and kept in regular communication to keep us updated on the status of our listing, solicited information about showings from other agents who had shown the home, and provided constructive suggestions for improving future showings. Trish provided excellent advice once an offer had been made and further assisted in explaining and guiding us through the closing process.
